Roundtable 2: Equity Informed Practice: Simple Steps for Daily Accountability

Participants in this guided discussion will brainstorm small ways to keep themselves accountable to equity and inclusion in their daily interactions with students. The group will explore models of accountability and identify a meaningful and implementable one for themselves. Facilitated by Lyn Leis, Interim Director for Career and Professional Development at Mercy College

Roundtable 3: The Great Resignation: How a New Approach to Work Will Impact Our Students and Our Coaching

Participants in this guided discussion will examine how employee attitudes toward employers, compensation, and workplace culture is changing the landscape of hiring. The group will discuss trends they are seeing and any recommended shifts in our counseling and advice to students going forward. Facilitated by Stefan Stankovic, Professor of History at SUNY Maritime College
